I just haven't found the time or motivation to put anything new up in over a month. Work keeps me busy and what precious time I have outside of it, the furthest thing from my mind is writing new content for this website.

I know I'll start writing content at some point in time. Just not for the foreseeable future.

I stole that quote from a character on HBO's Entourage. Which, coincidentally, is having its next season premiere within a month. But it's fitting for my new short because it deals with wealth and happiness on a macroeconomic level.

The Pacific and moving woes

Part 10 is done, and with that, the entire series. I think it was a good miniseries on its own, but it will always be overshadowed by Band of Brothers.

I meant to do something for Saturday but I spent that entire day moving into my new apartment and taking 3 hours to assemble the chair that I'm sitting on. Stupid base plate.

We are so lucky to live in a country where the polarizing political issues are gun rights, abortion, drug use, and religious expression.

The end of an era

Well, a B.S in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology was just conferred to me. It felt kind of weird, looking at the online verification, but then I just sort of moved on.

I'm done with Tech, a 4 year love/hate relationship. As usual, there are regrets and triumphs, but mostly I'm just glad I can finally move on with my life.

Here's to the Institute.

Oh, and expect activity to pick up here now that I'm officially done with school.

Ever since HBO announced "The Pacific", it was inevitable that comparisons would be made between it and Band of Brothers. Well, Part Nine of The Pacific was just shown yesterday and it parallels, to an extent, episode 9 of Band of Brothers.

One week separates me from college life and the real world. As such, activity at this website has temporarily fallen by the wayside.

I still managed to sneak in an hour and a half's worth of watching The Pacific (and writing up its subsequent review). So here it is. I'll be back later in the week.
